Phase One Re-Launch
& Safety Protocols
We are so excited to begin gathering together again corporately for weekly services. Here is a detailed explanation of our phase one re-launch into corporate gatherings and our safety protocols:
Each Friday we will be announcing via our Facebook page and DTM emails our plan for a corporate gathering that weekend.
The below information will help you remember the phase one plan, but the easiest way to remember is to simply subscribe to the DTM email list or check our Facebook page every Friday!
Our goal during phase one is to gather on Sundays @2:00pm outside at the pavilion across from Hope Chapel.
If the weather is not permitting for Sunday, we will gather on Saturday instead.
If the weather is not permitting on Saturday or Sunday to have an outdoor gathering we will have an indoor gathering at Hope Chapel on Sunday.
Indoor gatherings on Sundays will be divided up by last name.
1st and 3rd Sundays will be letters A-M
2nd and 4th Sundays will be letters N-Z
Again, we will only have an indoor gathering divided by last names IF we are unable to have outdoor gatherings due to weather.
There will be no gatherings on the 5th Sunday of the month.
Safety Protocols for Corporate Gatherings:
-Please stop by the table at each service to grab your colored wrist band that will indicate your level of comfort in regards to social distancing. At this time we are offering green, yellow and red wrist bands. Green indicates you are comfortable with normal social contact. Yellow indicates you are still being cautious in regards to contact with others and red indicates you would prefer to be completely social distanced without any contact at all.
-Please keep your wrist band for future services.
-If you feel any hesitancy at all about coming, we completely understand. Every gathering will be available to watch on livestream.
-If you are experiencing any symptoms at all and/or have a temperature above normal please remain at home. Also, please stay home if you or someone in your household has tested positive, is awaiting test results or has been exposed to anyone with Coronavirus in the last 14 days. Join us online.
-Please practice good social distancing by sitting with your family and placing your lawn chairs at a respectable distance from other families at outdoor gatherings.
-We are not requiring face masks but feel free to wear one if you so desire.
-Bring your lawn chairs and/or blanket to sit on at outdoor gatherings.
